The problem: a services firm needed GAAP-accrual transaction categorization and reconciliation done repeatably across many clients, without a bookkeeper re-deriving every judgment call from scratch.
What we built: an engine that auto-suggests categorization with a confidence score and stated reasoning, and only reconciles an account against a real source statement, never inventing balancing entries.
Outcome: in active production use in our own operations.
The problem: one operator needed live access to many clients' accounting files without each client hand-managing API credentials.
What we built: a connector that mints scoped access to many separate company files from one authorized integration, deployed to staff machines via a lightweight installer.
Outcome: running in production on multiple staff machines.
The problem: a firm needed dozens of pipelines, engagement-letter flows, and a client tagging taxonomy actually built and wired together, not just planned.
What we built: roughly 40 pipeline and automation configurations, a locked tagging taxonomy, and an engagement-letter architecture on the platform's automation layer.
Outcome: the firm now runs its full onboarding-through-billing workflow on this build.
The problem: firms handling sensitive data need a written information security plan, handbook, and AI-use policy specific to their actual workflows, and most firms have none.
What we built: about 15 tailored compliance documents plus a markdown-to-PDF pipeline for clean, versioned output.
Outcome: fully shipped and adopted.
The problem: SMBs can't easily get a deep, multi-dimension SEO and AI-search visibility audit without paying an agency thousands of dollars.
What we built: a repeatable audit methodology that outputs a branded, multi-dimension PDF report covering technical SEO, content, AI-search visibility, and competitive gaps, tiered from a teaser to a full report.
Outcome: produces a full multi-dimension audit as a polished report.
The problem: businesses can't tell if their ad agency is wasting spend, and producing fresh ad creative at volume is expensive.
What we built: an independent ad-account audit that flags misallocated spend, plus a creative pipeline that programmatically renders dozens of ad video and image variants from templates.
Outcome: flags misallocated ad spend automatically, and the creative pipeline runs around 35 working compositions.
The problem: manually building a personalized preview site for each cold prospect does not scale.
What we built: a pipeline that finds local businesses with weak web presence, enriches contacts, auto-generates a tailored preview site with an LLM, hosts a live preview, and runs cold outreach with automated reply handling.
Outcome: generates tailored preview sites at volume from a large prospect list.
The problem: sourcing distressed properties, underwriting, contacting owners, and matching buyers involves many manual, legally sensitive steps.
What we built: an 11-stage pipeline covering lead sourcing, skip-tracing with do-not-call scrubbing, automated underwriting math, deal scoring, a CRM, outreach drafting with a human-approval gate before any send, reply classification, config-driven state-specific contract generation, and buyer matching, with hard consent and licensing compliance gates.
Outcome: 270 automated tests passing, built to be legally careful by design.
The problem: reviewing a trial balance against filed returns and tracking adjusting entries through approval is manual, error-prone spreadsheet work.
What we built: a cross-platform desktop app for Mac and Windows with multi-format import and auto column-detection, an adjusting-journal-entry approval workflow, tax-line mapping, statement comparison views, and a full audit log.
Outcome: core functionality fully built and working as a standalone product.
