The builder behind Agent Setup.

Agent Setup is not a big agency with a sales team. It is one person who builds the automation, installs it into your tools, and hands you the code. That person is me.

What I actually do

I build and install custom AI agents for businesses that are tired of doing repetitive work by hand. Onboarding, document handling, follow-ups, client communication, the quiet work that eats a team's week.

Agent Setup is not a SaaS you rent. I build the system, wire it into the tools you already use, and hand you the code. You own it outright. If we stopped working together tomorrow, everything keeps running exactly as it is.

Most of my work is with professional-services firms and small operations, the kind of business where a few automated workflows give back real hours every week. I would rather build one workflow that clearly earns its place than sell you a platform you have to babysit.

Proof, not promises

For a Bay Area tax and advisory firm serving over 800 clients with a team of five, I built 31 automation systems across CRM, document management, communication, and billing. Client onboarding dropped from 45 minutes to under 2, and the team reclaimed the equivalent of a full-time employee in weekly hours.

You can read the full breakdown on the case study, or see more of the work on the selected work page.

01

You own the code

No rented platform, no per-seat lock-in, no dependency on me to keep it running. It is your system.

02

Start small, prove it

We start with the single workflow costing you the most time, then scale once it has earned the next step.

03

Built into your stack

The agents live inside the tools you already control, so your data stays where it already is.

04

A real builder

I design, build, and install the systems myself. You work with the person doing the work, not a handoff chain.

Tell me the workflow eating your week.

Twenty minutes, no pitch. If AI is the wrong tool for it, I will tell you.
